About me
For more than 25 years, I’ve helped children, teens, and adults heal from trauma and navigate the challenges of anxiety and depression. I hold a degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma across the lifespan.
My approach is both evidence-based and deeply compassionate. I draw from EMDR, IFS, DBT, and TF‑CBT because these methods truly support healing and lasting change. I also offer spiritually integrated therapy for clients who wish to include their faith or spiritual tradition in the therapeutic process—and I welcome individuals from all faith backgrounds, including those with no religious affiliation. LGBTQIA clients are warmly welcomed and affirmed.
I know how discouraging it can feel when life doesn’t look the way you hoped it would. Healing takes time, but change is absolutely possible. I look forward to partnering with you as you create the life you’ve been hoping for.
